The Children's Cabinet of Seminole County

pink hand

The advocates and service providers who make up The Children’s Cabinet of Seminole County focus on coordinating and developing high quality, family-centered services that address the physical, social and emotional needs of our children and families.

Members of The Children’s Cabinet have joined together to tackle the important issues of homelessness, teens aging out of foster care, protecting children from abuse and neglect and other initiatives such as safe sleep, water safety and more.

In 2015, The Children’s Cabinet began working with the Seminole County Sheriff's Office on an expansion grant to continue the process of changing the system of care for children and families with mental and behavioral disorders.
